Send a Patient an E-Card
E-cards are a free service offered by Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare. E-cards enable you to send a personalized message to your loved one or friend. The Family Support Team will print a colour e-card and will deliver it to the bedside. Every effort is made to deliver e-cards in a timely manner.
In cases where the patient is no longer in hospital, the e-cards will be discarded without notification to you.
Our staff take great care to safeguard your privacy. Your message is sent directly to a secure site on the HDGH web page, however, because the e-cards are printed and hand delivered to the patients, others may view the message you add. WE suggest that you do not put anything in the message that you would not put on a postcard.
*PLEASE NOTE:
- Cards will be delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9 am – 4 pm. There will be no delivery on weekends or statutory holidays.
- Classrooms: As a classroom please consider one or two e-cards with all your get-well messages and help us save the environment.
- Make sure your loved one or friend is at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, located on Prince Road. To send a card to a patient at the Ouellette Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital, please visit www.wrh.on.ca/ecards.
